VULK is an end-to-end AI app builder. The agent routes prompts through a model bench (Gemini 3.1 Pro as the default, plus Claude, GPT, DeepSeek for specialized tasks), generates output as XML-tagged actions (vulkAction, vulkPlan), runs a 10-step quality gate, and either auto-fixes failures or refunds the credits.
